Contact support
Email support@galaxyd2c.com. Please include your Windows version (press Windows + R, typewinver and press Enter), the version shown in the app's footer, and what you were doing. If asked, useExport diagnostic bundle in Settings and attach the file; it contains folder names only, never full paths or the access token.
Where your settings are stored
Settings, build history, the repository library, custom rules and the log are in %APPDATA%\InGestX-Pro-Repository-Builder (for the Microsoft Store edition, in that app's private storage). Your repositories are written wherever you choose.
Troubleshooting
| Issue | Cause | Resolution |
|---|---|---|
| The output folder is named “… (2)” | A folder or archive with that name already exists. | This is by design: existing output is never replaced. Choose another name or move the old one first. |
| The build report lists skipped items | Some folders, files or links could not be read (for example, no permission). | Check the listed items, fix their permissions if they are needed, and build again. |
| “Initialize Git” fails | Git is not installed or not on the PATH. | Install Git for Windows, restart the app, and build again. |
| IGX Node Base cannot reach the connector | The connector is off, the token was not copied, or the request was denied. | Open Connectors, check the status, copy the access token into IGX Node Base, and allow the request when the app asks. |
