Your first run
- Launch InGestX Pro and choose or create a project.
- Open New Ingest and select Add Files, Add Folder, Add URL, or Add Repository.
- Choose the output format and review ingestion settings.
- Run the pipeline and watch the queue for progress.
Review and export
Select a job and inspect Preview, Extracted Text, JSON / Output, Metadata, Provenance, Logs, and Warnings. Choose an export destination after reviewing results.
Manage the queue
Pause Next Jobs lets the current job finish while stopping subsequent jobs from starting. Cancel stops an active job. Clear Completed hides finished rows but keeps their history and artifacts.
Schema mapping
Save a schema and explicit field selectors in Mappings, then choose that mapping for a run. Mappings are deterministic; the application does not infer an arbitrary schema's meaning.
Understand warnings
Completed With Warnings means extraction produced a result with limitations that need review. File format support is bounded by the adapter scope.
English OCR applies to PDF pages with little usable native text. Password-protected, corrupt, unsupported, or oversized sources can produce explicit errors.
