License grant
Subject to payment of the applicable price, Galaxy D2C grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to install and use InGestX Pro on up to 2 machines associated with your license.
Machine limit
Each InGestX Pro license may be activated on a maximum of 2 machines at a time. Deactivating a machine frees an activation slot for another device.
Ownership
InGestX Pro is licensed, not sold. Galaxy D2C and its developer, Sylvester A. Sessoms Jr., retain all rights, title, and interest in the software not expressly granted to you.
Restrictions
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or reverse engineer InGestX Pro except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
Termination
This license terminates automatically if you violate its terms.
