This policy covers CMX WON (shown in the app as “InGestX Pro CMX WON Contacts”). It is provided by Galaxy D2C Technologies (“we”, “us”). CMX WON shares its contact data with DBX WON when both are installed on the same PC.
1. Summary
CMX WON runs on your computer. It does not send your data to us or to anyone else, includes no analytics or advertising, and does not require an account.
2. Data the app processes
- Contacts: names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, companies, titles, departments, tags, custom fields, notes and activity that you enter or import from CSV or vCard files.
- Records the app creates: import batches and an audit history of changes, stored with your contacts.
- Preferences: your theme, stored by the app window on your computer.
3. Where data is stored
All of the above is stored in your Windows user profile, in the shared DBX WON workspace (%LOCALAPPDATA%\DBX WON\workspace; the exact path is shown under About). It is protected by your Windows account permissions and is not encrypted by the app. Uninstalling CMX WON keeps the workspace so your contacts are not lost; you can delete the folder yourself at any time.
4. Network connections
- CMX WON runs a small engine on your own computer (
127.0.0.1) that only the app window can use; each request must carry a per-session token. - The app has no feature that sends your data over the internet. It does not connect to CRM systems, cloud services or to us.
- The app window is displayed by Microsoft Edge using a separate profile inside your workspace. Edge may contact Microsoft for its own services, such as updates and security checks, under the Microsoft Privacy Statement. The app's pages and your data are served only from your computer.
5. Data we receive
We do not receive, collect, sell or share your data. If you contact support and choose to send us files or details, we use them only to answer your request.
6. Microsoft Store
Purchases, downloads, ratings and reviews are handled by Microsoft under the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Microsoft provides us with aggregated, non-identifying sales and usage reports through Partner Center.
7. Children
CMX WON is a business productivity tool and is not directed at children under 13.
8. Your choices
You control all data in your workspace: you can view it, export your contacts as CSV or vCard, and delete it. To remove everything, uninstall the app (and DBX WON, if installed) and then delete the workspace folder.
9. Changes
We will post updates to this policy on this page and change the effective date.
