This policy covers DBX WON (shown in the app as “InGestX Pro DBX WON Database Builder”), including the CMX WON contacts module and the DBX Agent. It is provided by Galaxy D2C Technologies (“we”, “us”).
1. Summary
DBX WON runs on your computer. It does not send your data to us or to anyone else, includes no analytics or advertising, and does not require an account.
2. Data the app processes
- Files you import: CSV, JSON, JSONL and SQLite files you choose are copied into your DBX WON workspace on your computer.
- Contacts: names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, companies, tags, notes and activity you enter or import into CMX WON.
- Generated data: databases, SQL scripts, workflow files, job events, audit receipts and DBX Agent suggestion records the app creates in your workspace.
- Preferences: your theme and current draft, stored by the app window on your computer.
3. Where data is stored
All of the above is stored in your Windows user profile, in the DBX WON workspace (%LOCALAPPDATA%\DBX WON\workspace; the exact path is shown under About). It is protected by your Windows account permissions and is not encrypted by the app. Uninstalling DBX WON keeps the workspace so your data is not lost; you can delete the folder yourself at any time.
4. Network connections
- DBX WON runs a small engine on your own computer (
127.0.0.1) that only the app window can use; each request must carry a per-session token. - The app has no feature that sends your data over the internet. It does not connect to CRM systems, cloud services or to us. The DBX Agent is rule-based, runs locally and does not use an AI service.
- The app window is displayed by Microsoft Edge using a separate profile inside your workspace. Edge may contact Microsoft for its own services, such as updates and security checks, under the Microsoft Privacy Statement. The app's pages and your data are served only from your computer.
5. Data we receive
We do not receive, collect, sell or share your data. If you contact support and choose to send us files or details, we use them only to answer your request.
6. Microsoft Store
Purchases, downloads, ratings and reviews are handled by Microsoft under the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Microsoft provides us with aggregated, non-identifying sales and usage reports through Partner Center.
7. Children
DBX WON is a business productivity tool and is not directed at children under 13.
8. Your choices
You control all data in your workspace: you can view it, export it (for example contacts as CSV or vCard) and delete it. To remove everything, uninstall the app and then delete the workspace folder.
9. Changes
We will post updates to this policy on this page and change the effective date.
