DBX WON End-User License Agreement

This agreement is between you and Galaxy D2C Technologies (“Licensor”) for DBX WON (“InGestX Pro DBX WON Database Builder”), including the CMX WON contacts module and the DBX Agent, version 1.5.0 and its updates (“Software”).

1. License grant

Subject to this agreement and payment of the one-time price ($129.99 USD) through the Microsoft Store, the Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and use the Software on Windows devices that you own or control. The Microsoft Store's rules on how many devices you may install Store apps on also apply.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

reverse engineer the Software, except where the law expressly allows it;
rent, lease or redistribute the Software;
remove proprietary notices;
use the Software to break the law.

3. Your data

You keep all rights to the data you process with the Software. The Software stores data only on your computer (see thePrivacy Policy). You are responsible for backups. The Software is designed never to overwrite existing output files and to write repairs only to new copies. Even so, verify results before relying on them.

4. Third-party components

The Software includes third-party components licensed under their own terms, listed in “Third-party notices” (under About in the app, and in the licenses folder installed with it). Those terms govern those components.

5. DBX Agent

The DBX Agent produces rule-based suggestions. Suggestions take effect only when you approve them. You are responsible for reviewing suggestions and results.

6. Updates

Updates are delivered through the Microsoft Store and are covered by this agreement.

7. Warranty disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Licensor is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Software.

9. Termination

This license ends automatically if you breach it. On termination, uninstall the Software. Your data remains yours.

10. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States of America, except where the consumer laws of your country require otherwise.
