Email support@galaxyd2c.com. Galaxy D2C Technologies supports licensed users with installation and update questions, managing and backing up the local vault, importing supported formats, the Knowledge Constellation, search, citation verification, version comparison and Prompt Directory templates.
Please include:
- Your Windows version and build number (press Windows + R, type
winverand press Enter). - The app version (1.0.0 / MSIX 1.0.0.0), shown on the Memory Overview screen.
- What you were doing and what you expected to happen.
The app never sends documents or diagnostic data on its own, so only the information you choose to include reaches us.
Where your data is stored
- Knowledge vault (database):
%LOCALAPPDATA%\KMC-WON\knowledge.sqlite3 - Window and interface preferences:
%APPDATA%\igx-knowledge-memory-core\ - Microsoft Store installation: Windows redirects these folders into the app’s package storage, for example
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Packages\GalaxyD2C.IGXKnowledgeMemoryCore_<publisher ID>\LocalCache\Local\KMC-WON\knowledge.sqlite3. Windows keeps this storage when the app updates and removes it when you uninstall the app.
Before uninstalling: copy knowledge.sqlite3to a backup folder if you want to keep your indexed collections. Your original documents are never deleted by the app.
Troubleshooting
| Issue | Cause | Resolution |

| A file is skipped during import | The file is larger than 16 MB or is not a supported type. | Open Memory Trace to see the skip record. Supported types are .txt, .md, .json, .docx and .pdf with a text layer, up to 16 MB each. |
| A PDF imports with no searchable lines | The PDF contains scanned page images without a text layer. | Run optical character recognition (OCR) on the PDF so it contains selectable text, then import it again. |
| The Constellation shows documents without connecting lines | The documents do not reference each other by file name or share vocabulary yet. | Import related documents into the same collection, or set the format filter at the top of the Constellation to ALL. |
