1. Local processing — no telemetry
IGX Node Base™ is a local-first Windows application. Your workflows run on your own device. Neither Galaxy D2C nor 13th Bunker Studios Inc. collects, receives, stores or sells your workflow graphs (.igx), files, prompts, credentials, outputs or usage data. The app contains no analytics, advertising or crash-reporting service. The CPU, RAM and GPU readings shown in the app are measured on your device for display only and are not sent anywhere.
2. Data stored on your device
- Workflows and autosaves: stored in your user profile (
%APPDATA%\com.galaxyd2c.igxnodebase\) and in the.igxfile paths you choose. - Run history, permission grants and a local diagnostic log: stored in the app's data folders on your device. The log records app events and errors and is never transmitted.
- Credential Vault: API keys, bearer tokens and other secrets you enter are encrypted on your device with the Windows Data Protection API (DPAPI,
CryptProtectData) for your Windows user account. Secrets are never written into.igxworkflow files and are not shown again in the app after you save them.
3. Connections you approve
The app makes a network request or starts an external tool only when you configure and run one of these nodes and approve its scoped permission in the Preflight / Permissions dialog:
- API Connector (HTTP): sends the request you configured, including any credential you attached from the vault, to the host you approved.
- MCP Tool: starts the local Model Context Protocol server program you configured and exchanges data with it on your device. What that program does is governed by its own provider.
The services and tools you connect are operated by third parties, and their own privacy policies apply to the data you send them. We do not receive copies of these requests or responses.
4. Data shared with us
None. If you contact support, we use only the information you choose to send us, and only to answer your request.
5. Microsoft Store version
Windows keeps the app's own data (autosaves, run history, credential vault and permission grants) in the app's package storage and deletes it when you uninstall the app. Workflow files (.igx) and other files you saved to folders of your choice are not removed. Purchases and downloads through the Microsoft Store are handled by Microsoft under Microsoft's own privacy statement.
6. Your control
You can delete workflows and files at any time, remove saved credentials and revoke permission grants inside the app, and remove all app data by uninstalling the Microsoft Store version.
7. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and publish the new version with the app and on this website.
