IGX Node Base — End-User License Agreement

Product: IGX Node Base v0.2.1 · Licensor and owner: 13th Bunker Studios Inc., publishing under the brand Galaxy D2C · Developer: Sylvester A. Sessoms Jr. · Last updated: October 20, 2026

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and 13th Bunker Studios Inc. ("we", "us"), which publishes IGX Node Base under the brand Galaxy D2C. By installing or using IGX Node Base (the "Software") you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

1. Proprietary Software — Licensed, Not Sold

IGX Node Base is proprietary commercial software. It is owned by 13th Bunker Studios Inc. and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws and treaties. The Software is licensed, not sold. We retain all right, title and interest in and to the Software, including all copies, updates and documentation. All rights not expressly granted to you in this Agreement are reserved.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the Software on Windows devices that you own or control, for your personal use or for the internal business purposes of you or your organization. If you obtained the Software from the Microsoft Store, your purchase, installation and device rights are also governed by the Microsoft Store terms under which you acquired it; where those terms conflict with this Agreement on those points, the Microsoft Store terms govern.

3. Restrictions

Except as expressly permitted by this Agreement, you may not, and may not allow anyone else to:

  1. copy the Software, other than the copies made automatically when it is installed and run;
  2. modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works of the Software;
  3. distribute, redistribute, publish or otherwise make the Software available to any third party;
  4. sublicense, sell, resell, rent, lease, lend, or otherwise transfer the Software or your rights in it;
  5. reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software, except and only to the extent that applicable law expressly permits it despite this limitation; or
  6. remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice in the Software.

4. Third-Party Open-Source Components

The Software includes third-party open-source components. They are listed, with their full license texts, in THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.txt, which is installed with the Software and is also available here. Each of those components is licensed to you under its own license, not under this Agreement, and those licenses are not changed by this Agreement. Where such a license grants you rights in that component (for example, to obtain its source code), nothing in this Agreement limits those rights. Those licenses apply only to the components they cover; they grant no rights in IGX Node Base itself, which remains governed solely by this Agreement.

5. Your Data and Content

You retain ownership of the workflows (.igx), files, API payloads, credentials and outputs you create or process with the Software. The Software processes them locally on your device. Credentials stored in the in-app Credential Vault are encrypted locally with the Windows Data Protection API (DPAPI) for your Windows user account. How the Software handles data is described in the IGX Node Base Privacy Policy.

6. Services and Tools You Connect

The Software can call HTTP/REST services and start Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers that you configure and approve. Those services and tools are provided by third parties, not by us, and your use of them is governed by their own terms. You are responsible for having the right to use any service, tool, credential or data you connect to the Software.

7. Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. It terminates automatically, without notice, if you fail to comply with any of its terms. On termination you must stop using the Software and uninstall it. Sections 1, 3, 4, 7, 8, 9 and 10 survive termination.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THESE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL 13TH BUNKER STUDIOS INC., GALAXY D2C OR SYLVESTER A. SESSOMS JR. BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS, SO THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

10. General

  • Governing law: this Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Nothing in this Agreement limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection laws of the place where you live.
  • Microsoft Store: this Agreement is between you and 13th Bunker Studios Inc. Microsoft Corporation is not a party to it.
  • Entire agreement: this Agreement is the entire agreement between you and us about the Software. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
